Tetapi dalam memproduksi mobil meski dari Negara A dapat memproduksi lebih banyak namun Negara B lebih unggul dari segi teknologi. Sehingga bila Negara A memproduksi mobil dengan teknologi yang sama dengan Negara B bisa kita yakinkan harga mobil tersebut hendak naik berkali- lipat daripada mobil dari Negara B.
Itulah yang dimaksud dengan teori keunggulan komparatif.
