    Pengukuran ini kita lihat dari berapa baiknya output yang terrealisasikan sesuai perencanaan awal. Misalnya perencanaan output produk susu yaitu 100 liter tiap harinya, dan produktifitas real hasil output menyentuh angka 101 liter. Maka realisasi output sudah baik.
  2. Pendekatan sumber
    Mengukur keberhasilan organisasi dari sumber input yang diperoleh. Pendekatan ini melihat pada aspek hubungan organisasi dengan lingkungannya. Semakin mudah organisasi mendapatkan sumber material langka, maka semakin baik juga hubungannya dengan lingkungan.
  3. Pendekatan proses
    Melihat dari segi efektifitas, efisiensi dan organisasi internal. Pendekatan ini berpusat pada sumber internal organisasi, yang mana melihat pada tingkat kepuasan anggota, kegembiran anggota, dan kelancaran proses internal.
