Organisasi merupakan wadah bagi dua atau lebih orang yang memiliki tujuan yang sama. Dalam pengelolaan dan pengarahan terhadap tujuan, organisasi berbentuk dalam sebuah struktur. Setidaknya terdapat 9 bentuk dan jenis struktur organisasi yang perlu kita ketahui. Pada artikel ini kita akan membahas secara umum bagaimana struktur organisasi yang sederhana.

Pengertian Struktur Organisasi Sederhana

Struktur organisasi sederhana adalah struktur atau bagan kerja yang hanya terdiri dari ketua sebagai badan pengawas & pengarah dan anggota sebagai pelaksana.

Semua anggota akan melaporkan kinerjanya atau hasil dari pekerjaannya kepada ketua. Sedangkan ketua akan berfungsi sebagai pengarah dan pengawas anggota agar tidak melenceng dari tujuan organisasi. Selain itu, ketua akan bertindak sebagai pemberi evaluasi terhadap kinerja anggotanya.

Secara umum, semua bentuk struktur organisasi akan memiliki gambaran yang sama. Yaitu, terdapat anggota sebagai pelaksana tugas dan ketua sebagai pengarah dan pengawas.

Pada struktur ini, bagian staf kerja akan melaporkan kinerjanya pada bagian manajer. Manajer akan berfungsi sebagai pengawas dan pengarah anggota staf. Kemudian, manajer akan melaporkan hasil kinerjanya pada pemilik organisasi atau ketua organisasi. Ketua organisasi misalnya CEO, akan berfungsi sebagai pengawas dan pengarah para manajer. Tentunya, tiap fungsi pengarah akan melakukan proses evaluasi kinerja.

Struktur ini tersusun berdasarkan fungsi dari tiap anggota yang organisasi kumpulkan berdasarkan latar belakang kemampuan dan pendidikannya.

Maksudnya, bagian yang terkait produksi ditempatkan pada divisi manufakturing yang memang sejalan dan searah dengan proses produksi. Hal ini juga berlaku pada divisi lain.

Kelebihan Dan Kekurangan Struktur Organisasi Sederhana

Struktur organisasi ini memiliki beberapa kelebihan, yaitu:

  2. Tidak kompleks
  3. Alur lebih singkat
  4. Efisien
  5. Cocok untuk organisasi kecil

Karena model yang sederhana ini, tentunya struktur ini akan memiliki kelebihan tersebut. Hanya saja, struktur sederhana ini tidak bisa kita terapkan pada organisasi besar, terlebih pada organisasi yang memiliki banyak divisi, ragam produk, dan cabang.

Sehingga struktur organisasi ini hanya cocok untuk organisasi kecil seperti organisasi kelas sekolah.
