Taktik Pemasaran : Datangkan, Tangkap, dan Daya Ungkit

Ini adalah taktik pemasaran yang aku lakukan dan banyak dilakukan oleh pebisnis berhasil lainnya. Konsepnya sangat sederhana ialah mendatangkan pengunjung, kemudian menangkapnya (dalam artian positif), dan memberdayakannya dengan sistem daya ungkit. Selama ini, strategi pemasaran ini cukup tepat sasaran, baik untuk produk online maupun offline.

Tentu saja Anda akan bertanya atau menunggu saya membeberkan bagaimana caranya. Caranya adalah Anda wajib memiliki cara yang dapat mengerjakan ketiga hal tersebut. Informasi baiknya ialah alat-alat yang bisa Anda gunakan telah tersedia dan Anda tinggal memanfaatkannya untuk keperluan diatas.

Salah satu sistem untuk mendatangkan prospek adalah dengan memiliki sebuah situs yang telah teroptimasi di mata search engine (google, yahoo, dan lainnya). Kemudian Anda sepatutnya mengisinya dengan konten-konten berkualitas, berkaitan dengan produk Anda, dan ditambah secara terus menerus. Tujuannya menciptakan web Anda menjadi sumber info bagi pengunjung. Sementara google dan yahoo yakni alat yang digunakan oleh pengguna internet untuk mencari kabar.

Strategi Pemasaran: Menangkap Pelanggan

Bermula dimaksud dengan menangkap pelanggan yakni bagaimana kita bisa membuat sistem agar kita selalu berkaitan dengan pelanggan. Ada banyak metode yang bisa dijalankan untuk menangkap pelanggan. Supaya dari laman kemudian di tambahkan sistem untuk menangkap pelanggan.

Apa saja?

  1. Manajemen eMail. Biasanya Anda bisa mengirim surat elektronik secara terjadwal terhadap pelanggan Anda. Alat yang bisa Anda gunakan adalah autresponder atau alat pengelola surat elektronik lainnya. Intinya yaitu Anda bisa mengirim surat elektronik kepada pelanggan tanpa mesti melakukan SPAM.
  2. Social Network. Social network bisa menjadi alat yang ampuh dalam membina kekerabatan dengan pelanggan. Social Network yang dapat digunakan banyak sekali. Yang cukup populer yaitu facebook dan twitter.
  3. RSS Feed. Ini adalah layanan sindikasi dimana setiap Anda menulis artikel atau konten lainnya di laman Anda karenanya tulisan tersebut akan muncul di komputer pelanggan Anda. Taktik website yang berbasis wordpress otomatis memiliki fitur ini.

Apa tujuan menangkap pelanggan?

Tujuannya tiada lain untuk menolong pelanggan dan menjalin relasi dengan pelanggan. Jika Anda dapat terkait terus dengan pelanggan, maka Anda dapat mengkomunikasikan manfaat produk atau jasa Anda sehingga pelanggan akan mengambil keputusan dengan pas. Tujuan lainnya adalah untuk meningkatkan poin (value) produk atau jasa yang Anda tawarkan, meningkatkan pelayanan, dan berbagi bermacam-macam manfaat lainnya.

Taktik Pemasaran: Daya Ungkit Pelanggan

Anda dapat memberdayakan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan bisnis. Tentu saja dengan pemberdayaan yang saling menguntungkan antara Anda dengan pelanggan Anda. Pelanggan mendapatkan pelayanan lebih baik dan Anda mendapatkan usul dan penjualan yang lebih banyak.

Apa saja energi ungkit yang bisa Anda temukan dari pelanggan?

  1. Viral Marketing. Jika pelanggan puas, mereka akan cerita. dengan teknologi saat ini, Anda memudahkan pelanggan untuk membagikan kabar bagus. Facebook umpamanya, jika pelanggan menyukai tulisan yang Anda tulis di laman, mereka bisa berbagi dengan teman atau setidaknya klik tombol “/Like”.
    Bukankan bisnis Anda akan menyebar? Kuncinya adalah Anda semestinya memberikan kepuasan pelanggan sebesar mungkin.
  2. Umpan Balik. Jika pelanggan dengan mudah mengucapkan pendapatnya, maka dia akan memberikan umpan balik yang berharga bagi bisnis Anda. Dengan laman interaktif, social network, dan surel, pelanggan akan mudah memberikan umpan balik terhadap kita.
